Pet Hotel Policy
1. Core vaccinations must be up to date, with the vaccination record shown at check-in; we recommend the kennel-cough vaccine before any stay.
2. Every pet gets a quick health check at check-in. Pets with contagious illness or active parasites cannot be admitted.
3. Prices are per night. You choose your check-in time and enter your check-out date and time when booking.
4. Please bring your pet's usual food and any medication with clear dosing instructions.
5. We send you daily updates and photos throughout the stay.
6. If any health symptoms appear, our vet examines your pet and contacts you right away; additional treatment is charged only with your approval.
7. Picking up later than the agreed time may be charged as an extra night.
