🐾 سياسة تقديم الخدمة – الذيل السعيد

في الذيل السعيد – Happy Tail، نؤمن بأن راحة الحيوان الأليف وسلامته أولوية، ونحرص على تقديم تجربة نظافة ممتعة وآمنة له ولصاحبه.

تم إعداد هذه السياسة لتوضيح أسلوب عملنا وضمان رضا الجميع.

1.⁠ ⁠السلامة أولاً

•⁠ ⁠جميع الخدمات تُقدّم بواسطة فريق مدرّب ومحب للحيوانات، باستخدام أدوات نظيفة وآمنة.

•⁠ ⁠نحرص على التعامل بلطف وهدوء مع كل حيوان بحسب سلوكه وطباعه.

•⁠ ⁠في حالات نادرة، قد تحدث خدوش أو تهيجات بسيطة بسبب حركة الحيوان أو حساسيته، ونتعامل معها فورًا وبعناية.

2.⁠ ⁠المتابعة والتوثيق

•⁠ ⁠إذا لاحظنا أي علامة غير معتادة خلال الخدمة، نبلغكم بها مباشرة.

•⁠ ⁠بعض الحالات يتم توثيقها داخليًا لتحسين الجودة.

•⁠ ⁠عيادتنا المتنقلة مزودة بكاميرات داخلية للرقابة والتدريب وضمان الجودة.

3.⁠ ⁠التواصل والخصوصية

•⁠ ⁠نرحب بأي استفسارات أو ملاحظات عبر واتساب أو الاتصال أو البريد الإلكتروني، ونسعد بخدمتكم دائمًا.

•⁠ ⁠جميع المعلومات المتعلقة بالعميل أو الحيوان تُحفظ بسرّية تامة.

4.⁠ ⁠الدعم الطبي

•⁠ ⁠خدماتنا تقتصر على النظافة فقط، ولا تشمل التشخيص أو العلاج البيطري.

•⁠ ⁠إذا كانت حالة الحيوان تتطلب رعاية بيطرية، نسعد بمشاركة أي ملاحظات تم رصدها أثناء الخدمة.

5.⁠ ⁠المواعيد والتغيير

•⁠ ⁠نرتّب جدولنا بعناية لضمان الالتزام بالمواعيد. نرجو التواجد في الموعد المحدد.

•⁠ ⁠يمكن إلغاء الزيارة قبل الموعد بـ 48 ساعة على الأقل.

•⁠ ⁠لا يمكن تغيير وقت الزيارة بعد تأكيد الحجز، بسبب تنظيم مسار العيادة.

•⁠ ⁠السائق ينتظر عند المنزل لمدة 20 دقيقة فقط، وبعدها تُعتبر الزيارة مكتملة.

•⁠ ⁠استلام الحيوان بعد الخدمة يُعد موافقة كاملة على جودة الخدمة، ولا يمكن بعدها طلب إعادة أو تعديل.

6.⁠ ⁠الموافقة

•⁠ ⁠بمجرد تأكيد الحجز، يعتبر العميل موافقًا على سياسة تقديم الخدمة هذه.

•⁠ ⁠أي تحديث على السياسة سيتم الإعلان عنه في موقعنا.

At Happy Tail, we believe that your pet’s comfort and safety come first.

We are committed to providing a safe, clean, and pleasant grooming experience for both pets and their owners.

This policy was created to clarify how we operate and ensure everyone’s satisfaction.

•⁠ ⁠All services are performed by trained, pet-loving staff using sanitized and pet-safe tools.

•⁠ ⁠We always handle each pet gently and calmly, respecting their unique behavior and needs.

•⁠ ⁠In rare cases, minor scratches or skin sensitivities may occur due to movement or skin type. If so, we address it immediately with care.

⁠ ⁠Observation & Documentation

•⁠ ⁠If we notice any unusual sign or condition during the session, we inform you right away.

•⁠ ⁠Some cases may be documented internally for quality improvement.

•⁠ ⁠Our mobile clinic is equipped with internal cameras used for monitoring, training, and service quality.

⁠ ⁠Communication & Privacy

•⁠ ⁠We welcome any questions or feedback via WhatsApp, phone call, or email – we’re happy to help!

•⁠ ⁠All client and pet information is kept strictly confidential and only used to support service quality.

⁠ ⁠Medical Support

•⁠ ⁠We offer grooming services only and do not provide any veterinary diagnosis or treatment.

•⁠ ⁠If a pet needs medical attention, we’re happy to share any notes we’ve observed during the session.

⁠ ⁠Appointments & Rescheduling

•⁠ ⁠We plan our schedule carefully to serve everyone on time. Please be ready at the scheduled time.

•⁠ ⁠Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

•⁠ ⁠We cannot reschedule an appointment once it’s confirmed due to tight route planning.

•⁠ ⁠Our driver will wait for 20 minutes upon arrival. After that, the visit is considered completed.

•⁠ ⁠Once the pet is returned after grooming, this is considered full acceptance of the service, and no rework or refund requests can be made.

⁠ ⁠Your Agreement

•⁠ ⁠By booking with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this service policy.

•⁠ ⁠Any updates to the policy will be clearly posted on our website.
